BYC Successes

Another fantastic weekend of fencing for ZFW at the British Youth Championships in Sheffield. Massive congratulations to our new Champions Amelie Tsang (U14) and Dario Stenbeck-Schiavo (U16). Other great results include: David Sosnov (silver in U14, but had to withdraw from the final due to an injury sustained in the semi; sister Claire picked up his medal); Claire Sosnov (bronze in the U12) and Top Eight medals for Dylan Daniel (U16), Leo Lim (U14), Eugenie Raimbault (U12).

18 members of the club had qualified through the regional competitions to compete on the national stage and we are so proud of how they all performed. Special thanks to coaches Pete Barwell and Matt Abrahams and to Mike Keogh for organising the troops.
