Sharpen your fencing skills with 10-time Olympic Coach Ziemek Wojciechowski at our Summer Half-Term Camp!
Limited places per session: first come first serve
Format: Two sessions per day; AM 9-30 till 12-30 and PM 13-30 till 16-30
Content: warm up, footwork, pair exercises, ind. Lessons, learning fights, competitive fights, S&C ,last session-training competition
Cost: per session £30 for ZFW members and £40 for non-members
Eligibility: from 10 years, through to cadets, U-20 and seniors with min 1 year experience in electric fencing
Place: Priory Hall, Abbey Rd NW6 4SN
Coaching: GB Olympic Coach Ziemek Wojciechowski. and the ZFW coaching team including Polish International Michael Janda and tactical coaches Dominic de Almeida and Jai Birch
