Sunday 10th and Monday 11th April​

Join 10-Time Olympic Coach Ziemek Wojciechowski at this elite, intensive training camp for fencers with more than 1 full term of fencing experience and serious about taking their technique and performance to the next level.

Your own full electric kit is required to attend.

• Sunday 10th April:

  • 10:00-13:00 and

  • 14:00-17:00​​

• Monday 11th April:

  • 14:00-17:00

Content: footwork; lessons; S&C; free fencing;  scenario fencing; competitive fencing; tactical coaching during the fight, assessments and setting the goals.

• £35/session (ZFW member rate)

• £50/session (non-ZFW members)

World-class facilities @ Leon Paul, including
- Armoury (pay as you use)
- Fencing shop 
- Toilets/showers available
